I cannot believe I am where I am today at 24 years old. I have amazing friends and family, and by next year I'll be graduated from my master's program. I feel that I have accomplished so much already, but still have more that I want to do. I have been given the opportunity to travel and see some of the world, study a field that I absolutely am in love with, and met some wonderful people along the way. It doesn't take much for me to think back on my 24 years and realize that my friends and family made me who I am today.
I knew that at my last birthday (23rd) my life was going to change. I moved back to Arizona and left a place that I called home for 4 years, Iowa. I understood that this past year was going to be hard living away from all my extended family and friends I made in college, but I have adjusted well to being within driving distance of my mom, dad, brother and sister. I have found my groove up here in Flagstaff and an eager to see what my 24th year will bring (other than a little nephew). I am going to try and post on this blog at least once a week on just new and exciting things that occur in my life! Stay tuned...
